Shipping, Payments & Returns

Payment methods

We offer secure and flexible payment options:

  • Klarna (invoice, installments, online banking, and major credit cards)

By selecting Klarna (Kustom), you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions, which are presented at checkout.

Shipping

We currently ship to selected European countries:

  • Germany – €12.90 
  • Sweden – €9.90
  • Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) – €9.90

Delivery time is typically 3-14 business days depending on the destination. During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Deliveries are made either to a pick-up point or directly to your address, depending on the destination country. You will be notified via SMS or email when your parcel is ready for collection.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

  • A return label is included in your parcel
  • The return fee is €9.90, which will be automatically deducted from your refund once the return has been processed
  • Please complete the return form included in your shipment and place it inside the package

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Products must be packed carefully and protected from moisture to prevent damage during transport

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change the size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Uncollected shipments

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of €25.00.

Defective products & transport damage

If you receive a defective item or your parcel is damaged during delivery:

  • Contact us at info@blaa.f within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Please include a description and photos of the issue

Once approved, the defective product will be replaced with a new corresponding item.

Additional information

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock discrepancies or unexpected availability issues.

All our products are free from harmful dyes and chemicals.
